These terms apply to vetterair.com. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, the site is not for you.

We are licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation as an air conditioning and refrigeration contractor, license number TACLA022794C.

The contact form and the phone number are ways to reach us. Sending a form does not book a visit and does not create a contract. The job is on the calendar when we confirm it with you.

The same is true in reverse: nothing on this site obliges you to buy anything.

Prices and specials shown here are what we are running at the time of publication. They can change, and some end. Ask us to confirm the price before work begins — that confirmation, not this website, is the number that counts.

An estimate given over the phone or from a description is a starting point. The real figure comes after a technician has seen the equipment.

We stand behind our work: if a repair, an installation, or a service does not meet your expectations, tell us and we will make it right.

That is a promise about our workmanship. It is not a manufacturer's warranty on equipment, and it does not cover damage from something other than our work. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, its terms are the manufacturer's.

We offer 24-hour emergency service. How fast we arrive depends on where you are, how many calls are ahead of you, and the weather that caused them. We will tell you honestly when we can be there.

If you send the form or call us, you agree that we may reply by phone, text message, or email about that request. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to a text to stop texts, or tell us on the phone. We do not sell your number to anybody, and we do not run marketing campaigns you did not ask for.

The photographs, text, and layout here belong to Vetter Air or to the people we licensed them from. Do not copy the site or pass it off as your own.

Google review text belongs to the customers who wrote it and to Google, and appears here as Google publishes it.

The service descriptions are general information about HVAC work, not a diagnosis of your system. No website can tell you what is wrong with your equipment. That takes a technician.

Do not attempt to break, overload, or probe this site, and do not use the contact form to send bulk or automated messages. The form goes to a person; treat it that way.

We try to keep the site accurate and online, and we cannot promise either without interruption. If something here contradicts what we told you in writing for your job, the document for your job is the one that governs.

Call us first. Most problems are solved in one conversation, and that is the point of the guarantee above.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute about this website belongs in the courts of Comal County, Texas.

Nothing here limits any right you have under Texas consumer protection law.
