The contact form asks for your name, your email address, your phone number, and a description of the job. Nothing else is required, and nothing on this site asks you to create an account.

When you send the form, it becomes an email to our office. This website does not keep a copy: there is no customer database behind it. Your message then lives in our email the same way a message you typed yourself would.

If you call or text the number on this site, your phone carrier and ours handle that call the way they handle any other.

Our host, Vercel, records ordinary server logs — the page requested, the time, the browser, the network address the request came from. That is how any website stays online and defends itself from abuse.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It uses no cookies and no cross-site identifiers: visitors are counted from a hash of the request itself, and we see totals — pages viewed, rough location, device type — never a person.

We do not run advertising trackers, session recorders, or heat maps.

This site sets no cookies of its own and no advertising cookies. There is nothing here for a cookie banner to ask you about.

We answer you, quote the work, schedule it, and keep a record of the job so the next technician knows what was done. That is the whole purpose.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it for anybody's advertising.

Two service providers, in narrow roles: Vercel hosts the site, and Mailgun delivers the form as email. Both handle the data only to do that job.

Beyond that, we share what we must with suppliers or specialists brought in on your job, and with anyone we are legally required to tell — a court order, a regulator, a lawful request.

The star rating and the review excerpts come from our Google Business Profile, fetched by our server from Google when a page loads. Your browser does not talk to Google to show them, and we do not store the review text.

Those reviews belong to the people who wrote them and to Google, and they are shown here as Google publishes them.

Ask us what we have about you and we will tell you. Ask for a correction and we will make it. Ask us to delete what is not tied to a job we have to keep records of, and we will.

This site is for people arranging HVAC work. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Inquiries stay in our email. Job records stay as long as we need them for warranty, tax, and licensing purposes. Server logs and visit counts age out on our providers' ordinary schedules.

The site is served over HTTPS, and the form is transmitted encrypted. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we hold no card numbers, no passwords, and no database of customers on this website.

If what we do changes, this page changes with it, and the effective date at the top moves. The date is how you tell.
